Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages, answering technical support calls, and escalating to other support groups as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced English skills
- 6 months of experience in customer service
- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on morning, afternoon, or night shifts
