We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing supplier selection and contract negotiation, partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of Global Commodity Leaders on key projects execution
- Create productivity line of sight and execution for upcoming year

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with project management in a leadership role
- Communication skills
