Sr. Product Mgr

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager at Epson America Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Direction to determine actions for implementation across all channels.
  • Fulfill assigned sales quota and profitability objectives, ensuring alignment with market participation and company strategy for products within the channel.
  • Maintain Epson's image in the market by adhering to company standards and labor practices.
  • Keep updated on line products, including purchases and inventories, and predict business outcomes for each period.
  • Generate business opportunities and marketing actions to promote products and analyze market data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze customer requirements and advise on the best economic-technical offer for each client.
Performance and Commercial Techniques:
  • Manage and apply forecast tools for sales volume and supervise points of sale to ensure good product exhibition.
  • Inform about competitors' actions and visit clients and potential clients regularly to present offers and negotiate.
  • Ensure product availability in the channel, propose adequate stock for clients, and analyze causes of stock cuts and their impact.
  • Promote development plans to clients and provide follow-up on problems to assure fast and effective responses.
  • Control product rotation with clients and organize promotional events, delivering POP material, and interacting with the Marketing department.
Work Organization and Time Administration:
  • Deliver routine reports and special requests in a clear and timely manner and keep informed about client credit capacity and financial situation.
  • Assist with customer call-ups and fulfill schedules, informing about commercial visits.
Team Work and Interpersonal Relationships:
  • Guide, qualify, train, and motivate the sales team and promote clients.
  • Collaborate with superiors and other areas to facilitate managements like collections and customer service.
  • Participate in teamwork related to the business.
Requirements:
  • +3 years of experience in product marketing with knowledge in product management of AV products.
  • Experience managing consumer products, forecasts, inventory, and promotions.
  • Experience in product pricing.
  • Completion of an undergraduate program (B.A. or B.S.).

Travel Requirements: Up to 25% international travel and up to 25% local travel.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
