ECN Coordinator Lead

Role Summary:

The ECN Coordinator Lead will play a key role in driving ergonomic solutions, developing savings projects, and coordinating engineering information within our SAP system. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ergonomic solutions for products and processes from design phase onwards
• Create and manage savings projects (VA)
• Coordinate and control engineering information in SAP, providing consultancy to product engineers as a super user
• Collaborate with support departments on daily basis
• Ensure cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory level
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production and other departments
• Analytical skills on critical issues, demonstrated success in project implementation using innovation, adaptability, teamwork, communication, and self-motivation
• Report all injuries, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, and occupational health problems, taking corrective measures and supporting investigations
• Maintain compliance with all security practices, systems, and rules established by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering
• English proficiency above 70%
• Minimum 2 years of experience in statistics, continuous improvement, negotiations, samples, etc.
• Professional recognition and industry networking desired; ability to speak to large audiences
• Able to lead and direct diverse teams, with team work being a plus
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time, with strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
