About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at AT&T Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers through creative problem-solving and consultative approach.
  • Engage with customers in the U.S. to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support.
  • Use knowledge of AT&T's products and services to provide personalized recommendations and improve customer retention.
  • Work collaboratively with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers to address issues and provide customer resolution.
  • Support wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
Requirements
  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
  • Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products.
  • One year of customer sales experience, with customer care experience preferred.
  • Ability to work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.
  • Ability to work 100% in the Center, not from home.
