Global Quality Program Manager Job Description:


  • Do you want to be an agent of change? As a Program Manager in the Global Quality Department, you will work alongside the leadership team to manage various projects and programs.
  • Your role includes overseeing communication and driving change. You will handle multiple projects of varying complexity to meet the department's goals and objectives.
  • Part of your duties is to ensure that programs are well-designed and monitored to predict results and outcomes accurately.
  • Additionally, you will evaluate program progress by analyzing root causes, identifying risks, assessing resources, examining interdependencies, and spotting gaps, while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop the best solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading or supporting cross-functional projects, collaborating with colleagues and managers within GQ as well as partner organizations at Micron.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders by understanding and meeting their needs and expectations consistently.
  • Ensuring that projects progress in line with GQ's strategic goals.
  • Providing regular and accurate updates on project status to supervisors, leadership teams, and project teams.
