**Job Overview**

Hewlett-Packard (HP) is seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Cost Accounting & Controls to lead its global cost accounting and supply chain finance functions. This role requires expertise in inventory governance, enterprise standard costing, and compliance with legal and accounting standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and implementation of global cost accounting policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee inventory governance for all 200 plants worldwide, ensuring accurate flow of inventory and material cost of sales.
  • Manage enterprise standard cost, including the development and maintenance of costing models.
  • Drive Enterprise Operations relevant balance sheet reviews globally, ensuring compliance with legal and accounting requirements.
  • Provide audit support, managing relationships with internal audit, external auditors, and other stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience in cost accounting and supply chain finance, preferably with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Expert knowledge of inventory governance, enterprise standard costing, and compliance with legal and accounting standards.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
