We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by implementing and optimizing SAP Success Factors ECP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors and provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
- Deliver billable components that meet a customer's needs.
- Minimum of 3 years domain experience, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP SSFF experience.
- 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.
- Good knowledge of Mexican Payroll (Argentinean, Colombian or any other LAC country is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Employee Central component.
- HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
- Knowledge on RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS and other SSFF components is desirable.
- Experience in project management is desirable.
- Good knowledge of SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good command of the English language (Portuguese is a plus).
- Able to work in an intercultural team.
