Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Essbase, SAP, and Tableau
  • People management experience
