Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director for Health and Benefits to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the Health and Benefits market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the Health and Benefits market
  • Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners and clients
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Benefits market and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sales management software and tools
