Job Title: Sourcing Manager, Indirect

Vantiva Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager, Indirect to join our Sourcing & Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as facilities and other non-production-related areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories to drive cost savings and optimize supplier performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Lead RFQ processes, negotiate pricing and contracts, and finalize agreements that are beneficial to the company's business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, implementing strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Utilize data and analytics to analyze supplier performance, track cost savings, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the organization to understand their indirect procurement needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on indirect categories.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-sufficient, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
  • Be a strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing long-term sourcing strategies.
  • Must be flexible to work across time zones, particularly CST.
  • IT experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
