This role supports the Compliance Department by ensuring our agents adhere to section 352 of the USA PATRIOT Act, the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), and internal policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments of agent compliance programs, provide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training to agents and their employees, and serve as an active team member in supporting department growth and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and ensure agents comply with relevant AML regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of agent compliance programs and provide AML training to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Serve as a collaborative team member to drive departmental growth and achievement of strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to work from our corporate office with potential opportunities for remote work.
  • Travel requirements may involve domestic and international trips.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and organized individual capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Minimum one year of experience in AML compliance-related activities.
  • Familiarity with money laundering compliance requirements for money service businesses.
  • At least two years of experience in compliance and financial industries.

We offer a competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications. Benefits include 1 month of Aguinaldo (Christmas bonus), 15 days' vacation, life insurance, food vouchers, and a healthy work-life balance.
