**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HRSD support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, and Service Portal.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD modules
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, and projects to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to advise and implement solutions

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support
• Experience with full-cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD
• Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service Portal, integration, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Nice to Have**

• Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM
• Knowledge and experience in SAP HCM on-premise
• Knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors
