About the Role

F5 Networks, Inc. is a leading provider of application delivery networking technology. We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of our next-generation BIG-IP platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user-centered design deliverables, including mockups, prototypes, and specifications, to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX Design, Product Management, and UI Engineering, to ensure design intentions are realized and aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and component libraries, to ensure consistency and coherence in our product's user experience.
  • Participate in organization-wide efforts to create a unified product experience and contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in user experience design, with a degree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of visual design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Adobe.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JSON, as well as accessibility standards and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
