We are seeking a skilled Product Experience Designer to join our team at Agileengine. As a Product Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed by data.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the design process.
  • Translate user needs and product requirements into conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks.
  • Deliver effective documentation and communication of design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, UX Design, HCI, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX and UI design for e-commerce websites.
  • Online portfolio showcasing ability to solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with using Jira and Confluence, able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Has a "no task is too small" mentality.
  • Familiarity with setting up usability testing as well as delivering research insights.
  • Experience working with research, testing, and data/KPI to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining digital design systems.
