About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ericsson, where you will play a critical role in managing software support for our customers.

As a Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for all emergency customer service requests, ensuring that incidents, requests, and issues are resolved or triaged and escalated to the correct teams for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and configure tools to perform data administration on a local level, ensuring seamless support for our customers.
  2. Monitor ticket progress and provide regular updates to the local Customer Support organization, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  3. Handle customer emergency requests professionally, providing exceptional support and ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  4. Support process management, ensuring adherence to Customer Support processes and procedures, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Strong customer management skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications, including data entry and typing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
