Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at Almare Luxury Collection Adult All-Inclusive Isla Mujeres. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating lasting memories.



Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel and will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. This includes greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter.


You will also be responsible for providing personalized service to our guests, including making recommendations for local attractions and activities, assisting with reservations, and helping guests plan their stay.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience is required
  • No supervisory experience is required
  • No specific licenses or certifications are required
