- Quote prices and delivery times for modified standard and custom design gear drive units, utilizing a range of instructions and documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to determine pricing and lead times for custom components.
- Analyze costs to determine profitability at quoted prices.
- Provide disposition on price deviation requests from sales.
- Conduct pricing reviews and purchase order terms and conditions reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a technical role.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
- High level of phone confidence and professionalism.
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with SAP and Salesforce, strongly preferred.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, strongly preferred.
- Drawing interpretation.
