Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead the commercial sales business in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial sales business plan aligns with senior vice president strategies and objectives.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure that products, pricing, representation, and service are maintained at superior levels.
- Represent the commercial business unit by implementing the trade activity calendar for their team to exploit business opportunities and strengthen the brand position in the marketplace.
- Assist in establishing sales objectives for the region assigned in conjunction with the senior vice president and ensure sales activities in the assigned area comply with established policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Five to seven years of related work experience and any combination of education and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Knowledge of the terms, concepts, and practices of the marketing and sales environment, including product development and manufacturing procedures, distribution, customer service, and basic accounting.
- Direct sales experience in the flooring industry and with architects/dealers is preferred.
