**Job Summary**
Sonata Software is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials Expert to join our team. As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to corporate customers via phone, email, or electronic service regarding complex problems in Microsoft Dynamics products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Take technical leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
- Investigate and solve complex customer technical issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer to assist in resolving cases.
- Drive communication with the customer to ensure confidence in problem resolution.
- Define and understand customer issues by creating adequate reproduction scenarios.
- Research, troubleshoot, develop, and implement workarounds (if needed) and gain agreement from the customer on problem resolution.
- Act as the L2/L3 support to solve customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively.
- Produce quality documentation.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Technical/Functional Consultant or Engineer.
- Engineering or master's degree in computer science/information technology (IT) or equivalent.
- Relevant product certifications from Microsoft.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, listening, and written (including technical writing).
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends.
**Experience & Expertise:**
- MSDynamics 365 – F&O – Finance Functional Engineer/Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Finance Modules & Configuration and Customization.
- Strong knowledge in Localizations, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards.
- Strong working knowledge in all business scenarios of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Good knowledge in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Fixed Asset Management.
