Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders and follow up on transactions
  • Provide day-to-day support activities and respond to customer inquiries
  • Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Prioritize workload and maintain high attention to detail
  • Ensure zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education
  • 1 year of experience as a customer service representative
  • Fluent English spoken and written
