  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in implementing methodologies that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Zero Defects
  • Knowledge of PC equipment and production management ERP systems, including AS-400, SAP, and Suite office
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 regulations
