**Key Responsibilities**
• Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established business goals and objectives.
• Partner with employees and management to communicate procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
• Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
• Manage annually compensation reviews; conduct salary surveys and develop merit pool; monitor performance evaluation program.
• Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel employees, monitor career pathing program, and exit interviewing.
• Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings.
• Support the Head Plant in designing the most suitable organizational structure to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee development, planning, and implementation of environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
• Advanced English.
• BS/MS Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience including employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration in a multinational.
