NoV is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer account lifecycle, from initial contact to final payment.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will work closely with our sales and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing the receipt and processing of payments, ensuring accurate and timely application of payments to customer accounts, and identifying any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with high-volume data and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to work accurately and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire customer account lifecycle
  • Working closely with sales and project management teams
  • Managing the receipt and processing of payments
  • Ensuring accurate and timely application of payments to customer accounts
