**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Transformation Leader to join our Schneider Electric Gruppe team. As an Operations Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving manufacturing excellence and operational transformation within our ETO plant.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes in the plant, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing operations.
- Coach and educate production staff on standard processes, emphasizing the value of efficient operations and quality standards.
- Provide support and training during deployment phases, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes.
- Challenge the status quo and foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices sharing.
- Develop and establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
- Make the ETO plant a manufacturing animation system, promoting a culture of innovation and improvement.
- Define yearly ambitions with the Plant General Manager and follow up on the plant improvement plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Implement operational techniques and monitor efficient production setup, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and headcount.
- Follow up on the manufacturing transformation action plan, delivering results that meet plant objectives and drive business growth.
- Focus on critical improvements, maintaining momentum to achieve expected results and support the manufacturing manager in making necessary changes.
- Alert the Plant Transformation Leader in case of deviations from the plan, ensuring timely interventions.
**Requirements**
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role in Operations, with a proven track record of driving transformation and excellence.
- Team player with strong team-building skills, functional leadership, and project management expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to define and deploy standard processes for all plant functions.
- Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders, with a resilient and curious mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results, with solid network management skills.
