About the Role

As a Sales Representative at TeamViewer GmbH, you will be the primary contact for new leads and existing customers from small and medium-sized businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to sell all TeamViewer products through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with technical sales engineers to ensure customers' needs are met and provide solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and weekly KPIs.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills in English and Portuguese.
  • At least 1 year of related sales experience in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred).
  • Hunter attitude, with a proven track record of proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of leads.
  • Intermediate understanding of both PC and mobile devices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products and CRM tools.
