Diageo, a leading global beverage company, is seeking a highly skilled RGM Manager to drive business growth and profitability in Mexico. As a key member of the RGM team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies, commercial planning, and sales performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Regional/Global RGM team to develop and implement revenue growth strategies and commercial planning methodologies.
- Lead the multifunctional RGM team responsible for Promo Efficiency and Trade Terms levers.
- Act as the RGM Champion for Agaves & Wholesalers Channel.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, including trade-offs between market share, volume, sales, price, mix, and profit.
- Manage high levels of complexity, working across selling divisions and multiple functions to educate and embed revenue growth management practices.
- Partner with Commercial Leaders to embed RGM & E2E Planning ways of thinking and processes into the local market.
- Engage and influence senior internal/external key customers to ensure complete delivery of the RGM transformation roadmap.
- Partner with Channel Heads to deliver counsel and strategic support on the RGM agenda.
- Studies in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced English (90%), Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
- Revenue Management/Commercial and Strategy experience in CPG companies (+3 years).
- P&L and broader financial understanding.
- Confirmed strategic, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Able to influence the business around a clear goal and engage key partners at all levels.
- A driven self-starter, obsessed with winning and performing thoughtfully.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a driven environment with a sense of urgency.
- Hybrid: 3 days in Diageo Offices in Mexico
