Job Summary

Citi is seeking a skilled App Support Specialist to join our team. As an App Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing existing system logic and recommending enhancements or fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fact finding and document requirements
  • Partner with development and production support areas
  • Apply good understanding of team interactions and objectives
  • Assess applicability of previous experiences and evaluate options
  • Have limited but direct impact on business through quality of activities provided
  • Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical manner

Qualifications:

  • Basic level experience in an Apps Support role
  • Basic knowledge or interest about apps support procedures, concepts, and technical areas
  • Participation in process improvements
  • Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of Operating Systems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
