Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and move around the property as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Related work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
  • License or certification in a related field may be beneficial.
