About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of inbound and outbound customer service processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
