Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Specialist to join our team at ZF Group. As a Customs Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on official customs formats, documents, or paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external customs agents to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
  • Prepare and review import and export documents to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Negotiate and obtain certificates of origin, and verify physical inventory of imported materials.
  • Make informed decisions and solve problems related to customs compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or International Relations.
  • Knowledge of virtual operations and Annex 24.
  • Registration of imported fixed assets, validity, balances, filing, and required documentation.
  • Rectifications.
  • Interpersonal skills.
