Job Summary

This is a [Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year] salary position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or related field and 2+ years of experience within training or human resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing all training needs, maintaining data and reporting on critical training metrics, and planning, organizing, and coordinating all training activities.

Requirements:
