We are PepsiCo, a leading food and beverage company with a rich history and a commitment to innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Manager to lead our Order to Cash (O2C) transformation project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all project management activities, including design, transition, and IT projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, GP, SC, IT, R&D, and HR, to deliver effective and engaging strategies for the project.

The Global Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing a detailed project plan to deliver the O2C capability
  • Ensuring the delivery of the global business case by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to a new structure
  • Leading and coordinating global design for 6 sectors, ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared
  • Partnering with consultants on design to ensure project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to the Statement of Work
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero-touch efforts
  • Establishing a transition plan and timeline in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and interviewing
  • Ensuring effective knowledge capture, knowledge transfer, and due diligence for all roles
  • Leading weekly governance meetings and periodic Steering Council presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Resolving issues proactively and raising critical issues
  • Monitoring IT solution development and implementation
  • Actively engaging as part of the Global Change and Communications plans related to the project
  • Reporting out to senior leadership as needed, sharing critical KPIs and performance
  • Establishing SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams
  • Proactively identifying gaps, risks, obstacles, and potential alternatives to solve and ensure the project stays on track
