We are seeking a Senior Account Executive - LATAM Federal to enhance our LATAM Sales Team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales – LATAM. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth within our existing client base while also pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire sales process and work diligently to expand our customer relationships across the LATAM region. Successful candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a strong ethical foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propel sales growth through strategic initiatives
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets by cultivating new business opportunities
- Manage key account relationships effectively
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business plans and sales strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain tracking systems
- Build and nurture a value-added channel and distributor network
- Collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to address product-related challenges
- Maintain proactive activity levels to meet sales quotas and develop robust pipelines for future quarters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas using solution selling methodologies
- Strong understanding of complex technical issues in the Networking and Security sectors
- Exceptional sales and relationship management skills with a history of successful negotiations
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and business solutions effectively
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) is advantageous
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and security is highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree required

In the initial months, you will focus on developing a robust partner ecosystem and creating an expansion strategy for your existing accounts. By the end of the first year, you will have established a qualified pipeline and expanded your client base significantly.
