Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment.

You will provide service excellence through the processing of customer service requests, resolve escalated account issues, and provide information regarding available banking products and services.

You will also meet and/or exceeds minimum performance standards pertaining to quality, efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy, and maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer relationships in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment
  2. Provide service excellence through the processing of customer service requests
  3. Resolve escalated account issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures
  4. Provide information regarding available banking products and services
  5. Meet and/or exceeds minimum performance standards pertaining to quality, efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy
  6. Maintain customer confidentiality
Requirements
  • 6 months-1 year of BPO customer service experience preferred (voice direct); or branch banking experience
  • Education level: High School Diploma or equivalent (min.) or Customer Service vocational certification
  • Good understanding of customer service, stable work history and effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must pass written/verbal English proficiency exam
