As a key member of our Copeland team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our global clients. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and accurate support for product selection, order placement, pricing, and technical assistance. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Order Management:
- Process and manage orders from various regions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with our scheduling team to ensure that all build-to-order items and large quantity orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Obtain freight quotes and prepare export documents to ensure seamless shipping processes.
Customer Communication:
- Relay pricing and promotions information to customers, sales representatives, and manufacturer partners as needed.
- Notify customers of promotions, specials, shortages, and other relevant information to maintain strong relationships.
- Resolve and answer customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Warranty and Deductions:
- Issue returns goods authorizations and resolve customer deductions in a timely and efficient manner.
Customer Set-Up and Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including ship-to locations and acknowledgement notification details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Strong international customer service background with experience in export and letter of credit policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent English comprehension, writing, and conversational speaking skills (90% or higher).
