Role Overview

We seek an experienced Strategic Sourcing and Facilities Director to join our Global Procurement and Real Estate team. The successful candidate will support the Americas region in both Corporate Real Estate and strategic procurement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Americas Leadership Team to ensure that the regions 34 offices across 21 countries meet operational requirements while minimizing costs.
  • Drive compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as cost optimization from third-party contracts, to minimize regional costs.
  • Work closely with the Americas leadership team to manage office lease events and integrate mergers and acquisitions into TMF's office portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies for upcoming lease events, requiring financial analysis, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understand each country's business plan, identify, analyze, and negotiate commercial terms for available options, and contract and manage local brokers, external lawyers, and architects to design inspiring workplaces.
  • Oversight of all aspects of the procurement lifecycle within the Americas region, adhering to the Group Procurement policy and its controls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in both Corporate Real Estate and procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive and stakeholder-oriented attitude with the ability to challenge stakeholders when necessary.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Self-organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Goal-oriented team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to provide clear, accurate, and pragmatic advice.
Technical Skills:
  • Able to collate and analyze data to make realistic and pragmatic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to formulate and implement cost optimization strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including expertise in Excel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the local and global supply market.
