We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager - Educational Travel Opportunities.
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating business opportunities for our Sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and qualify contacts in our database to determine which ones are viable leads worth sending to our sales colleagues for follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing principles and strategies, with experience working in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing. You will also possess excellent customer service skills and knowledge of call center/outbound telephony and technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn more about educational travel products, work in a diverse and inclusive environment, challenge yourself, and reach and exceed your goals.
To succeed in this position, you must be goal-driven, resilient, proactive, organized, and an active listener. You should also have good data entry/keyboard skills and familiarity with office rules and the office environment.
A competitive salary is offered for this position, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
