We are seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to join our team at Global Building Supplies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and fostering relationships within your territory and beyond.

Global Building Supplies is a leading provider of building supplies, home furnishings, and designs. We offer a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with your accounts, ensuring repeat business and establishing a book of business.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in building supply or home renovation sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
