**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager - Regional Leader to join our team at Innovamat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading our regional team in Monterrey, Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Mexican market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders and networks.
  • Identify and engage with pivotal figures within the educational ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies tailored to the Mexican educational landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and document sales activities and performance in our CRM system.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Passionate about learning and making a social impact.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
