The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic insights and analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve balanced net revenue growth and marketing spend efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Providing analytical insights and recommendations to support revenue growth initiatives
  • Collaborating with marketing, finance, and IDT teams to drive revenue growth and marketing spend efficiency
  • Supporting the development of pricing-related insights and perspectives on competitor activities, consumer trends, and interactions between categories and price segments
  • Monitoring and shaping trade margins in collaboration with end-market teams

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with experience in revenue growth management insights and analytics, business intelligence, pricing, promotion, portfolio/assortment, sales analytics, marketing research, consumer insights, and/or category management.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
  • Strong analytical skills and discernment to build strong arguments to drive core business decisions and change/innovation
  • Good influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with good oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree and English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
