About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager - Math Education Specialist to join our team at Innovamat. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and shaping the future of learning in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Process: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth with non-collaborating schools from initial contact to successful closure.
  2. Cultivate Relationships: Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales journey, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead Negotiations: Oversee deal finalization, including procurement processes, and negotiate terms effectively.
  4. Business Development: Assist in identifying and defining essential KPIs for the company's success in the Mexican market, and collaborate with the Country Manager to develop a comprehensive business strategy tailored to the Mexican educational landscape.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with pivotal figures within the educational ecosystem, establishing and nurturing meaningful connections with school leaders and networks.
  6. Presentation and Negotiation: Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, manage expectations, and negotiate terms effectively.
  7. Event Representation: Act as a representative of Innovamat at educational events both domestically and internationally.
  8. Client Insights: Interpret the needs of current and potential clients, and coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve and provide new solutions to the challenges that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
  9. Team Collaboration: Hold control meetings with the team of didactic experts who will be responsible for actioning the most didactic actions in the classroom with the teachers.
  10. Training and Development: Attend internal training sessions in mathematics didactics, events or fairs in the education sector, commercial relations, etc.
  11. CRM Management: Manage and document in our CRM (Salesforce).
  12. Teamwork: Be part of an agile team characterized by co-responsibility and interdependence.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative (Math, Physics, Engineering) or business field (Business Administration, International Relations, etc.).
  2. Passion for Learning: Passionate about learning and making a social impact.
  3. Problem-Solving: Ability to take any problem, deep-dive, reveal root cause, draft improvement solutions and take action.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  5. Team Player: A true team player with amazing interpersonal skills, drive, coachability, and resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Education Sector Experience: Familiarity with the education sector.
  2. B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in managing B2B Deals, implementing strategic plans as part of a process improvement and customer relations.
  3. Business Ecosystem: Interest in the business ecosystem, startups, and dynamic teams.
