- Client Insights: Interpret the needs of current and potential clients, and coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve and provide new solutions to the challenges that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Team Collaboration: Hold control meetings with the team of didactic experts who will be responsible for actioning the most didactic actions in the classroom with the teachers.
- Training and Development: Attend internal training sessions in mathematics didactics, events or fairs in the education sector, commercial relations, etc.
- CRM Management: Manage and document in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Teamwork: Be part of an agile team characterized by co-responsibility and interdependence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative (Math, Physics, Engineering) or business field (Business Administration, International Relations, etc.).
- Passion for Learning: Passionate about learning and making a social impact.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to take any problem, deep-dive, reveal root cause, draft improvement solutions and take action.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Team Player: A true team player with amazing interpersonal skills, drive, coachability, and resilience.
- Education Sector Experience: Familiarity with the education sector.
- B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in managing B2B Deals, implementing strategic plans as part of a process improvement and customer relations.
- Business Ecosystem: Interest in the business ecosystem, startups, and dynamic teams.
