Essential Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering (excluding internships).
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- 4 or more years of experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- 9 or more years of experience in technologies such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, C#/.Net, or Go.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or others.
- A minimum of 4 years working with open source frameworks.
- 7 or more years of experience in people management.
- 2 or more years of experience with Agile methodologies.
