We are seeking an experienced Data Center Lead to drive growth in the sector, focusing on large-scale projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Contribute to the ongoing development of major project and programs offer, including service approaches and best practices.
  • Strategy Execution: Lead the development and execution of major projects and programs growth strategies within the data center sector.
  • Opportunity Pursuit: Lead major project and program pursuits in the local market.
  • Project Delivery: Serve as a project director/leader of our service on new commissions.
  • Capability Development: Lead the development and nurturing of talent, in line with strategy and opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Develop strategic industry partnerships to enable opportunities, proposition, and delivery.
  • Assurance Methodology: Develop core assurance methodology associated with the projects in the local market.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Qualified to degree level with professional chartership (MCIOB, MRICS).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to establish robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influencing Ability: Ability to access and influence key decision makers within clients, regulatory bodies, and government.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategically minded with a considered and consistent approach to decision-making.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to serve in the capacity of a 'doer/leader' – someone who can deliver the service while growing talent and the pipeline locally.
  • Languages: Must speak both English and Portuguese at an advanced level with Spanish also preferable.
  • Experience: Likely to have 15 years plus construction industry experience from a project management, cost management, or project controls background, with a proven track record in successfully delivering major projects and programs.
  • Data Center Experience: Experience delivering data center projects specifically is essential.
  • Cross-Industry Experience: Experience of working within both client and consultant environments an advantage.
  • Latin America Experience: Preference for Latin America experience with an ability to work in multi-cultural environments.
  • Global Account Experience: Experience working with global accounts and supporting the growth of those relationships.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.
