Job Title: Global Don Julio Marketing Manager, Strategy

Job Description:

As a key member of the Diageo team, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Global Don Julio Marketing Manager to lead the development of brand strategy, communications, and sustainability initiatives for our core tequila portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Diageo's category vision and market demands.

• Partner with Consumer Planning to conduct market research and identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand positioning across all markets.

• Develop and oversee global communication plans that effectively convey brand messages across various channels.

• Work closely with creative agencies to produce compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

• Drive sustainability initiatives in line with Diageo's 2030 society vision.

• Monitor and report on the impact of sustainability efforts on brand equity and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Experience in global marketing roles within the beverage or consumer goods industry.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Self-starter and results-driven with the ability to drive impact through others.

• Passion for building sustainable/purpose-driven brands.

• Track record of building, growing, and inspiring impactful teams.
