Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our portfolio companies. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships with executives, hiring managers, and candidates to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with executives, hiring managers, and candidates to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for our portfolio companies.
- Source and screen candidates for various roles, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of potential hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in senior-level recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience running a full recruitment desk and recruiting for technical and commercial roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Operational excellence, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree from a top university, with a strong preference for technical or marketing degrees.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, including Lever, is a strong plus.
