Job Summary:

This role ensures timely handling of Customs documents and provides critical information to internal teams regarding import/export activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily import and export customs declaration activities with operations departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import and export customs declarations against Customs contracts.
  • Provide timely updates to operations teams regarding equipment and parts declaration status.
  • Prepare necessary documents for Customs contract settlement according to instructions from Customs Supervisors.
  • Develop new Customs contracts in accordance with Customs Supervisor guidance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Presentation skills: effectively communicate with groups, including managers, clients, and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills: define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Technical skills: operate Windows-based operating systems and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training on Jabil's software packages.
  • Correspondence writing skills: ability to compose simple letters.
  • Reading comprehension: understand visual aids and follow two-step instructions.
  • Standardized situations: deal with minimal variables.
  • Basic arithmetic skills: perform calculations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Mathematical reasoning: compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs.
