**Job Summary**

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De... is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations (PR) professional to join our Corporate Communications team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing communications programs across our Corporate and Operations business areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategic communications and public relations programs to drive Amazon's reputation among external key stakeholders in the country.
  • Develop and execute corporate communications campaigns, reputational reports, announcements, launches, and evergreen content.
  • Build and develop solid relationships with media and other external audiences.
  • Manage workstreams with diverse external agencies and create holistic campaigns in the earned, paid, and owned ecosystem.
  • Be responsive and strategic in managing potential local issues related to Amazon's reputation.
  • Develop mechanisms to help scale coverage, tracking, media relations, and other core team functions.
  • Help manage an external public relations agency on programs, budget, and day-to-day matters.
  • Successfully manage fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges.
  • Write strategic business plans that include campaign and tactics, coordinating and supervising the work with the agency.
  • Lead the development of press materials & PR features, such as media pitches, press releases, blogs, visuals, infographics, among others.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in professional communications or public relations.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communications skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and to quickly establish relations with media and other external audiences.
  • Experience in developing and leading meaningful brand and/or corporate communication programs, storytelling, agency & budget management, high standards under tight deadlines, and be flexible to manage ambiguity as priorities change.
