Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Enterprise Cloud Services organization, you will play a critical role in providing cloud-hosted infrastructure and application managed services to our SAP customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teams in analyzing, enhancing, and optimizing delivery processes from an end-to-end perspective, focusing on continuous improvement and value-added processes.
  • Closely align and work with delivery and customer units on all levels, from operations to mid-management and senior management.
  • Build strong relationships and solid reputations within the ECS delivery organization, other SAP IT areas, and delivery partners.
  • Conduct coaching to colleagues to leverage problem-solving skills in units and required E2E measurement and KPIs.
  • Deliver outcomes of assigned projects, working independently on topics while setting priorities with sole responsibility.
  • Identify required knowledge and demand to deliver necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to further mature the global collaboration network.

Requirements

  • More than 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience in working in intercultural contexts.
  • English - verbal and written ethics.
  • Knowledge around Lean principles and using structured problem-solving methods is a plus.

  • ITIL knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-awareness (knowing yourself - your strengths & your weaknesses).
  • Strong communication skills (English - verbal and written, excellent listening skills).
  • Ability to use and make understood theories and abstract concepts.
  • High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Bachelor/master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related field.
