Aplazo seeks a highly motivated Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand its customer base.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and contribute to Aplazo's success in the BNPL industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Promote the benefits of Aplazo's product offerings to potential customers.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key decision-makers to establish trust and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the ecommerce, financial services, or payment processing industry.
  • Customer relationship management skills: building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to identify potential clients, understand problems, and provide solutions.
  • Lead qualification and conversion skills: turning leads into paying customers.
  • Negotiation skills for maximizing revenue and benefits for both the company and the client.
  • Collaboration skills: working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • At least 4 years of experience in outbound sales.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to create and analyze sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot.
  • Understanding of profitability and basic revenue formulas.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for networking, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Basic understanding of payment processing systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Eager to learn.
